It will possess a 64 bit Samsung Exynos processor and low power DDR4 RAM of 4GB. The new 20 nanometer RAM chips were also announced by Samsung last Monday. They have stated the fact that new chips will perform 50 percent times better than the LPDDR3 RAM and will extract 40 percent lesser battery power. Large screen UHD smartphones will be targeted with these new chips. They will in fact provide four times better resolution to HD imaging and also a good performance on all networks.
