SpiceJet App Finally Come To Windows Phone

Keeping up with new app launches almost everyday, Windows Phone today has another awesome app in its Indian Store today — Official SpiceJet App and here is the most important part–The App is Exclusive to Windows Phone Platform–which also means that there is no app for Spicejet on Android or iOS platform.

This app is beautifully designed to let you make flight bookings, do a mobile check-in and PNR Lookup. The app also includes a direct call button to its customer care for booking tickets.

Booking Tickets: While I haven’t booked any tickets with this but overall user interface is done well. In a five step process you can pickup source, destination, onward date, number of passengers and soon. The app lists all details of the final charges including service fee, development fees and so on.
When you complete all the details, the app has its own inbuilt payment system. It allows you to input your Credit Card details and then go ahead with the payment. Once done, the bookings made via the app gets listed in your application itself which can then be used to show them at the airport itself.

Tourist Attractions:
The app also included its promotional Spice Destinations which lists hundreds of international and domestic locations and information around it. You can learn about the city, eating joints, recommendations, shopping locations, sight-seeing, hotel recommendations, events, festivals and what not. This is extremely useful for tourists or anybody new to have such concise information right away on the phone.
